Our focus is on strengthening the property’s position as the preferred corporate accommodation provider in Alice Springs, while continuing to attract leisure guests and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Le Beach Apartments
Burleigh Heads, Queensland - February 2026 - June 2026
Another rewarding relief management placement, providing hands-on management across 35 apartments. Working together as a team, we supported smooth day-to-day operations, maintained property standards and delivered positive guest experiences, with the invaluable support of two fantastic housekeepers.
Bel Air on Broadbeach
Broadbeach, Queensland - September 2025 to January 2026
Jointly manage the stunning Bel Air Broadbeach - a high-end mixed-used holiday and permanent complex comprising of 265 apartments - ensuring smooth day-to-day management and continuity of service.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, guest experience, property presentation and facilities management, while coordinating closely with owners, contractors and service providers. Oversaw housekeeping, maintenance and front desk operations, managed bookings, payments and accounts through internal systems and Xero, and maintained 24/7 onsite availability for emergency and guest support. Maintained a strong focus on WHS, safety compliance, operational efficiency and presentation excellence across the property.

Ultra Broadbeach
Broadbeach, Queensland - April 2022 - September 2025
Jointly managed a high-end mixed-use holiday and permanent residential complex, overseeing daily operations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and front desk teams. Responsibilities included reservations, financial management and reporting, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination and compliance, while maintaining exceptional building presentation and guest satisfaction.
Provided a 24/7 onsite presence, ensuring responsive management and reliable emergency support.
Seachange Lifestyle Resort
Arundel, Queensland - November 2020 - August 2021
Managed the day-to-day community operations of a lifestyle resort, with a strong focus on resident relations, community engagement and customer service. Coordinated staff and contractors, oversaw administrative and financial functions, prepared Homeowner Association reports and conducted inspections to ensure property standards, safety and regulatory compliance were maintained.
